1. Is your service really FREE?

Yes, our service is completely FREE and there are many FREE offers you can complete to get points for your domain name. We do have some not FREE offers to complete, because our members are asked for trial period of some products and it is necessary to input your credit card information. You can cancel the offer during the trial period and you will get full refund. But because of this procedure, we say these offers are not FREE.

2. Can I complete as many offers as I want?

Yes, of course. But please keep in mind that once you complete offer, you will not be able to complete it again. This is to protect our advertisers and ourselves from fraudulent members and fraudulent actions. We are adding new offers every day so do not worry about running out of offers.

3. Can I sign up for another account?

No. It is against our TOS to have more than one account. If we find members trying to trick our system, we will permanently ban them from further usage of our generous service and all their points will be reversed.

Points depend on offers. FREE offers usually worth 0.5-2 points, while not FREE offers can worth 10 points or more. It is really up to you to decide which offers you want to complete.

8. When can I get my earned FREE domain name?

It is our policy and our advertisers' request that it must pass 30 days from the month in which you requested your FREE domain name before we give you your domain name. This is to protect our advertisers from possible fraudulent actions. Our advertisers believe this is good method and it is industry standard. This means that, for example, if you collected needed amount of points and requested your domain name in any day in the first 25 days of May, you will be rewarded with your FREE domain name in first week of July. This is also called NET 30.

11. Will you put advertisements on my FREE domain name?

No, we will not put advertisements of any kind on your FREE domain name. Once we register your FREE domain name, we will give you information on how to transfer domain name onto your Name.com account. After that, you are free to do what ever you want with your FREE domain name.

12. For how long do you register domain names? 

All FREE domain names are registered based on 1-year subscription plan. After the first year, you are fully responsible on whether you want to renew your domain name on your cost or not.
